About Me:

I’m Clair, an Integrative9 Accredited Enneagram Practitioner and Executive Business Coach with 19 years of experience in team development. My work spans diverse cultural contexts, including South African, British, and Chinese, giving me a nuanced understanding of how teams thrive across different environments.


Alongside my coaching expertise, I bring extensive experience in Finance and ISO standards, with a proven track record of leading teams to higher performance both individually and collectively. This real-world leadership background ensures that my approach is not only insightful but also deeply practical and results-oriented having experience and leading finance teams first hand.

  

I combine practical expertise with contemplative practice to create safe, supportive spaces where individuals deepen self-awareness and teams learn to collaborate more skilfully. My approach is warm, grounded, and responsive to the unique needs of both individuals and teams. I help groups move from insight to action, translating understanding into observable behaviours that strengthen trust, communication, and performance. I work with confidence and sensitivity, treating the team as a dynamic, ever-changing organism and ensuring every step is respectful and impactful.

INSPIRATION

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, it’s that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most challenges us.


We often ask ourselves: Who am I to be brilliant, talented, and exceptional?

The real question is: Who are you not to be?


Playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing gained by shrinking so that others feel more comfortable. We are all meant to shine to bring forward the strengths and potential that exist within each of us.


As we let our light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. When we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
